REGULATIONS
Of Open Tournament "Free Pyramid" in Gentlemen Billiards
- The main goal: Promote the development and popularization of the Billiard Pyramid in the USA and to determine the strongest billiard players.
- Place, date, and schedule
The Tournament in "Free Pyramid" at the THE GENTLEMEN BILLIARDS BAR AND GRILL COMPANY, located at: 41170 E Dundee Rd, Palatine, IL 60074, USA
- February 28th 2026
○ 9:00 - arrival of participants, organizational meetings.
○ 9:45 - end of registration.
○ 9:45– draw.
○ 10:00– start of the tournament (to make as much as possible games up to 8pm)
- March 1st, 2026
○ 10:00– Quarter Finals, Semi Finals and Final
III. Conditions, program and requirements
- The tournament is held according to the international rules of the free pyramid.
- All explanations and clarifications are provided before the start of the competition.
- Entry - $ 150 (for those who pretend for money prizes)
- Entry - $80 (for those who are NOT pretending on money prizes)
- Max Capacity: 32 players
- Upper bracket and Lower bracket - both up to 4 wins.
- "Olympic" system with 1/2, if more than 16 participants then the Olympic jacket with 1/4,
- Quarter Finals, Semi Finals and Final - are up to 5 wins
- All 100% entries are going to the prize pool + if there are any sponsors who would like to support this event - feel free to contact Bohdan Stahura with your suggestions.
